V’S FANART STORYTIME. In the list of the top things I love in this world, I can guarantee you that the 80’s and X Men are two of them. The 80’s, of course, for its fashion, its insanity, and its kickass partyin’ music. The X Men for its complex cast of characters, its Civil Rights-esque allegory, and every part of the franchise. So let’s be real: when the 80’s met X Men, something truly magical was born. You’ve got Jubilee and Gambit showing up for the first time. Kitty Pryde and Rogue get these amazing giant hairstyles and popped-collar jackets. Most of all though: Mohawk Storm. I argue that the 80s X Men was the best X Men, and here to prove my point is a collection of some of the best Mohawk Storm fan arts I’ve found in my time on the internet.
